Larry practiced real estate law in Madison County, Mississippi on a full time basis from 1971 1999. Licensed as a Real Estate Broker since 1996, Larry entered the brokerage business in 1999 and formed Larry Smith-Vaniz Realty, LLC. Since that time, the firm has facilitated land transactions in the Central and North Mississippi Areas with primary emphasis on agricultural, timber and recreational land sales. Cole lives in Madison, and has worked in sales and marketing for the past 22 years. He is a former co-owner of the direct marketing firm AmeriMail Direct, Inc., is a licensed real estate broker and has earned the Accredited Land Consultant designation through the Realtors Land Institute.
